Floor and trampoline are the priorities for this program. Tumbling is an ideal option for kids who want to keep their feet firmly on the ground, for the most part. Basic through advanced tumbling skills are presented in every class along with a fundamental conditioning program. The focus will be to progress through skills using proper drills on floor and trampoline. If you have a kiddo that is just interested in the tumbling portion of gymnastics, this is the class for you! The coach for this program comes from a competitive gymnastics and competitive cheerleading background and has a lot to offer.
Tumbling, Beginner/Intermediate: Saturdays, 11:00am-12:00pm. This program is ideally suited for children who need to master round-offs, backhandsprings, and progression for more advanced tumbling.
Tumbling, Advanced/Expert: Saturdays, 12:00pm-1:00pm. This program is for athletes who have mastered back handsprings and are working salto dismounts, twists, and front tumbling.
